These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the land surveying services we provide across the Greater Toronto Area. By accessing our website or engaging our services you agree to be bound by these terms.

Please read these terms carefully before using our website or engaging our services. If you do not agree to these terms please do not use our website or engage our services.

We provide professional land surveying services across the Greater Toronto Area including but not limited to property surveys boundary surveys building permit surveys topographic surveys grading and site plan surveys construction layout surveys as-built surveys SRPR surveys LiDAR and 3D scanning and drone and UAV mapping services.

All survey work is completed by experienced survey professionals working in accordance with Ontario survey standards and regulations. Survey documents are prepared to the standards required by Ontario municipalities and accepted by lawyers lenders and regulatory authorities across the GTA.

We reserve the right to decline to provide services at our discretion and to modify or discontinue any service without prior notice.

Quotes provided through our website instant quote tool or by our team are based on the information provided at the time of the request. Final pricing is confirmed upon review of the specific project requirements and property details.

All quoted prices are in Canadian dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We are committed to transparent pricing and will always confirm the final price before commencing any survey work.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period a new quote may be required to reflect current pricing and project requirements.

Payment terms are confirmed at the time of project engagement. We typically require payment upon delivery of completed survey documents unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.

We accept payment by electronic transfer e-transfer and other payment methods as agreed upon at the time of engagement. Invoices are payable within the terms specified on the invoice.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of survey documents until payment has been received in full.

Survey scheduling is subject to availability and weather conditions. We endeavour to complete most survey projects within 5 to 10 business days from the time of confirmed order however turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed unless expressly agreed upon in writing.

Delays may occur due to weather conditions access issues unforeseen site conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to reschedule at the earliest opportunity.

Rush delivery may be available for certain project types subject to scheduling availability and additional fees. Rush requests must be confirmed in writing before work begins.

By engaging our services you confirm that you have the authority to grant access to the property for survey purposes. You agree to provide reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time and to notify us of any access restrictions gates locks or other conditions that may affect our ability to complete the survey.

If access to the property is denied or restricted at the time of the scheduled survey a rescheduling fee may apply. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from access restrictions that were not disclosed at the time of booking.

Survey documents and plans prepared by our team are provided for the specific use described at the time of engagement. The client receives the right to use the survey documents for the stated purpose including submission to municipalities lenders lawyers and other relevant parties.

Survey documents may not be altered modified or reproduced without our written consent. We retain copyright in all survey documents and plans we prepare.

Survey documents are prepared for the specific property and purpose described in the project agreement. We are not responsible for any use of survey documents for purposes other than those stated at the time of engagement.

Our liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific survey service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect consequential special or incidental damages arising from the use of our services or survey documents.

Survey documents are prepared based on conditions at the time of the survey. We are not responsible for changes to property conditions boundaries or other factors that occur after the survey is completed.

While we strive for accuracy in all survey work the client acknowledges that survey results are subject to the limitations of available records field conditions and the professional judgment of our survey team.

Survey orders may be cancelled prior to the commencement of field work without charge. Cancellations made after field work has begun may be subject to a partial charge reflecting the work completed to that point.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule survey work due to unsafe weather conditions access issues or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases we will reschedule at no additional charge at the earliest available opportunity.

Our website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate contact with our team. The content on our website is provided in good faith and we endeavour to keep it accurate and up to date. However we make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy completeness or suitability of the information on our website.

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage disable or impair the website or interfere with other users' access to the website.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
